Discovery Call - During this 15 minute call we will discuss your past health journey and your present state. Based on your goals and my nutrition education and training, we will collaborate on future goals to determine if we are a good fit to move forward
Initial Consultation - During your initial session, we will walk through a Health History Review and your intake form. I'll learn more about your primary concerns, complete a thorough review of your health history and current labs, and talk through your diet and lifestyle habits.
Follow Up Session - After our initial meeting, schedule follow up sessions to stay on track for the goals we created together. The cadence of these sessions are decided during session.
Mini Session - Looking for help but don't have enough time to devote to sessions? This is for you. Mini sessions are a way to pin point what you want to work on, without fully diving in and setting up a regular cadence of meeting to work towards your health goals. Mini sessions will pin point one mini goal that can help you get on the right track, then once you have more time we can schedule time to take a look at your health history and long term goals. Subjects for Mini Sessions may include: Meals on the Go, Stress Management, Health Plans, Pantry Audits, Grocery Store Tours, Vitamin and Mineral Knowledge, customize your session with your specific needs
Level 1 Retainer - After our initial meeting, you have the option to have my services available for a retainer. This retainer includes 10 hours of availability outside of my regular business hours for your questions and concerns as well as first availability for appointments. Once the retainer is exhausted, you can renew your retainer or you can switch to a la carte pricing.
